Return key not working in GCC Win32 VM

With our Atari port of the ParcPlace PS VM way back in 1986, we had such a
situation that the keyboard would not work, but the mouse did (this was in our
first or second build, I think). So we cut and pasted the famous '3+4' together
to execute it.
However, I must admit that this would have had much more historical value if
Alan had done it :-)
