Jitter 3.1 available for MacOS 8.6

The new version does work on my my G3 with MacOS 8.6. I don't know the
location of the low level bench mark. so did not run them. I did time
factorial, which runs a bit slower with j3 than VM 2.8.2. Average time to
compute 2000 factorial over 10 trys:

j3	189.3
VM 2.8.2	169.3

Of course this is a lot faster than I could compute 2000 factorial in Java :)
