Hi, I'm using the 'The Design Patterns:  Smalltalk
Companion' and I'm in the process of implementing
some of the patterns using Squeak Smalltalk.  Thus,
I was wondering, is there an errata for the book or
a site that has the complete code as well as a test
program?  Has anyone done this yet?
