Memory monitoring in Squeak

If you can find him, an ex-exoboxer named Kevin Ostrom had a simple,
useful memory monitor console he whacked together for Squeak.  It was
actually pretty helpful to us.  I don't know whether that particular
piece of code is available, or went down with the rest of exobox.
