[BUG] Audio Play Back Hangs in Seuqeak 3.1 / Windows NT 4

The audio hanging I described is on an IBM Intellistation MPro, with NT 4.0 
and service pack 6a - sound breaks pretty quickly. On my laptop have 
Windows 98 SE and audio 'seems' much more robust -- I didn't push it that 
hard though.
