The first book is a textbook written by Mark. The second book is an
anthology edited by Mark (and Kim). First Squeak book and Second Squeak
book? Mark's Squeak Textbook vs. the Squeak anthology?

I usually use "Mark's Book" when referring to the textbook and "Mark's
Anthology" or "Mark's Squeak anthology" or "The Squeak Anthology Mark
put together" when referring to the anthology.

Oh, and I usually use "His Divine Radiance" for "Mark" when referring to
the textbook and "Herder of Cats" for "Mark" with the anthology. So, the
"Radiance Book" and the "Cat Book" could work. Of course, then Kim gets
left out. "Kim and Mark's Excellent Anthology" springs to mind as a
solution :)

As for "White Book" clashes with a future ORA book, I'll just note that
the white ORA books generally get referred to by their title or their
animal (The Mouse Book?).
