Sorry I should have included this in my previous message.

I operate normally with fastDrag on.

I have seen this problem when moving existing windows, and also when
opening a new window (only partially drawn).  And in one of the screen
shots that follow, when pressing send in a celeste composition window
(when the window should have gone away entirely).

I have typically only pretty standard morphs on the screen.

Sometimes I see it when I have just switched back to the Squeak window
from another application, and other times I see it when I have just been
using Squeak alone for a while.
