I don't own a copy of Everquest so I'm not 100% sure, but I'd bet that 
when you carefully read through the EverQuest license agreement, you'll 
find out that the thing you propose is quite illegal. I'm very sure that 
"Ultima Online" agreement specifically says that if you play it using 
anything else than the official client, your account can be immediately 
terminated without any compensation.
