This changes the export/as GIF menu behavior of
SelectionMorphs so that they export a GIF of their
selected items (instead of their blue stencil outline,
which I've never really wanted a picture of).

So you can select some items and save just them as a GIF,
without worrying about rectangular boundaries (you can
omit some items from the selection that would otherwise
be in your bounds).

This adds a 10-pixel border around the items (and makes
a transparent GIF); you can edit the source to change
this behavior."!
