I installed the XML UI Spec Builder.  This really looks great.   I
obviously have been looking at the wrong URL's to find more information
on the correct tags to use for specify widgets.
In the example code a button widget is specified as:
</buttonWidget>
   <buttonWidget label="kolme">
     <pluginButton state="buttonThreeState" action="buttonThreeHit"/>
     <frame leftFraction="0.7" topFraction="0" rightFraction="0.9"
bottomFraction="1"/>
</buttonWidget>

Where can I find  (URL) for more informaiton on specifying widgets in
XML?
