Here is the code for Events from the Nublue Squeak book chapter on XP,
written and coded by John Sarkela, David Caster, adn Paul McDonough.  It
includes tests!  32 of them to be exact.  It would be lovely if this could
get into the base.  Some of my later code, that I will be posting as
goodies, make use of this interface.
