I just uploaded SoapOpera0.2b (maintenance release).
It runs on Squeak3.x. Easy to install. Enjoy!

Please note that SoapOpera0.2 is a kind of  "toy" SOAP.
It does not support SOAP encoding.
So you can only use it for Squeak-to-Squeak communication. (not to other
SOAP implementations).

You might be better to wait for SoapOpera0.5. It will support SOAP encoding.
