9. Death of Rats
The Death of Rats is a character from Terry Pratchett's hugely popular
and brilliant Discworld series of humorous novels, which have recently had
an animated TV series made, making this rodent a newcomer to the world
of TV rodents, yet soon to become an old favourite. The Death of Rats is,
as the name suggests, the rodent who comes when rats die. Death of Rats
is shown as a skeletal rat in a black cloak, holding a miniaturised scythe.
Of course, he doesn't say much except SQUEAK (in an ominous tone), but
that's quite enough for a dead rat, wouldn't you say?
