Reproducing the bug:
Go into the Objects browser (Alt-o) and drag out a TrueType Banner
Bring up halos and start to rotate it
Walkback with "MessageNotUnderstood: a11".

Change MatrixTransformMorph to always initialize the variable transform.
 This fix prevents a walkback when you rotate TTSampleStringMorph.
