FileContentsBrowsers could not find the versions of a method that had
once existed, but had subsequently been removed from the system. 
However, this feature did exist in ChangeSorters. 

This ChangeSet adds the above behavior to FileContentsBrowsers,
following the lead of ChangeSorter>>browseVersions.  This is useful, for
instance, in bringing an old changeset up to date by checking that all
of its methods are still relevant."!
