[BUG]Loading projects in 3.1.3679

I get a message not understood in
ImageSegment>> comeFullyUpOnReload: smartRefStream

it seems to stop in 

arrayOfRoots do: [:importedObject | 
		importedObject class class == Metaclass ifTrue: [self declare: importedObject]].

and arrayOfRoots is nil.
