Raymond,

Hmm -- it works for me just fine.  You have to be certain to get the 
halo around the right item (i.e. at the right level) before tearing 
off a duplicate, but if you do, the balloon help travels along 
perfectly with the live labelled button, at least in every test I've 
tried.
