Hi folks,

this is a major rewrite of the Unix Browser Plugin. The sqXWindow part is
simplified. Communication with the plugin is via pipes now. The
browserWindow cmd line parameter could be removed.

To build new VM:
- Remove the Squeak-3.0/src/unix/plugin directory
- remove {builddir}/sqNamedPrims.o
- untar npsqueak-3.0pre1.tar.gz into Squeak-3.0/ dir
- apply src/unix/sqXWindow.npsqueak.diff
- build VM

To build Plugin:
- cd Squeak-3.0/src/unix/npsqueak
- Follow instructions in README.npsqueak

There are problems: read the TODO file. Please report any problems not
mentioned there :-)
