MailMessage>>fieldsAsMimeHeader used the old 'subject' instance
variable, causing an entry in Undeclared after filing in these
changes, but the method had no senders, so this tweak zaps it.

  MailMessage removeSelector: #fieldsAsMimeHeader

This only applies, of course, after the subject ChangeSet has
been filed in.
