New 3.0 gamma3 image available for test

Steve,

There seems to be no provision for authenticating through a proxy in
Squeak - this means that it won't work through most corporate proxies. There
is an older changeset on the Swiki that modifies HTTPSocket to allow
authentication, but it probably needs some changing to get it up to date
with current source.
