I added these to the File menu because some newcomers have tried the obvious (naive) method for loading changesets (via the "open.../file..." menu), and gotten stuck.  It certainly seems like you ought to be able to load/browse fileIns this way... I think it might be another out-of-the-box-friendly addition to 3.0.  This changeset just changes one method, FileList>>fileContentsMenu:shifted:.

(By the way, I notice that eGroups has been taken over by Yahoo Groups.  No big difference, although multiple keyword searches are now supported which is nice.)

(Also, I removed 'fileIn selection' because I didn't want the menu to get too big, and it's redundant with 'file it in' on the shift-menu.  Although if someone wanted to keep it, it's fine with me.)
