You don't see a SqueakExe.zip in that ftp directory?  Or do you mean 
sources, these you'd find at 
<http://isgwww.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~raab/squeak/src/>, where 
Squeak-pre-2.8-src.zip is the most recent AFAIK.
