3.0 final image available for test

Overall, looks good!  The new Welcome text is much better, and the watchful mouse logo is cool.

One very minor thing I noticed is that the text in the Getting Started window is not yet accepted... the red border is a little distracting.  (If you get one last chance to tidy things up.)

Other than that, I didn't see any new problems, other than what Bert and Karl mentioned.  (It is odd that the wrap-around text in the Fun with Morphic project stopped working... it was fine in the gamma2 image.)
