Wow!

For those wondering, Avatar is a parmeterized 3D model of a face.
You can tweak sliders to change it's expression, or select from
a menu of predefined expressions such as "surprise" and "anger".

No animation that I saw, but it would clearly be easy to in-between
to morph from one expression to another.
