If no change sorter is present, pressing cmd-C (or alt-shift-c) brings
up a debugger, since DualChangeSorter class doesn't understand #open.
To fix, the last line of PasteUpMorph>>findAChangeSorter: should be
changed to DualChangeSorter new open.
