Is there a version of the Windows VM around that:

	a) can load JMM's Mpeg3Plugin.dll
	b) has working <return> key

Squeak2.7 and Squeak2.8R1 don't seem to load the plugin.  Squeak2.8R4 does, but
it doesn't seem to have a <return> key.  Is there a way to get both?

Alternatively would it be possible to compile Mpeg3Plugin against an older VM?
(In fact, why wouldn't the plugin load into Squeak 2.8R1, anyway ??  Is there a
reasonable way to do plugins that would allow it?)


Any ideas welcome.
