Ha, so I try 3.0.16 and it's broken too.

Seems I made a wee code change (yes it has my fingerprints on it) in 
the 3.0.x sqMacWindow.c source when moving from 2.9 to 3.x which 
broke things.

Ok we'll see if we can fix this is week
