[ANN] The list is moving

It seems that the old mailing list had lots and lots of invalid addresses.
This fills up the mail queue with messages to unreachable recipients, and thus
slows down processing. When I write this, there are 172 message in the queue
that cannot be sent out...

Mailman, the software the list now runs on, will automatically disable
mail accounts that continuously bounce, so in a week or so the list will have
itself cleaned up and mail will start flowing faster.

(note: yes, I could configure the mailing system to run the queue more often,
but as my estimate is that this is a temporary situation and the delays are
acceptably small, I'd rather not Change A Running System)

(note: it will disable these accounts - not unsubscribe them. So if you come
back from holiday and your mailbox overflowed, you can just go back to the
list info page and re-enable delivery).
