No surprise here - the entire FXBlt stuff is going away. It has been
migrated over to BitBlt itself so there's no real need for it anymore.

Those changes are intended for 3.1 (alpha) images + VMs. I had to fix a very
bad bug which, unfortunately, results in the effect you see if you use a 3.0
VM with a 3.1 image or vice versa. So you'll have to use a 3.0 VM with a 3.0
image and a 3.1a VM with a 3.1a image to make it work properly.
