Here are some desktop background tweaks.

This changeset allows you to:

"Stretch" an image to fill the entire desktop
Center an image in the current desktop.

Two bugs are attacked:

 1.  Setting the background image in tiled mode twice in a row brings up a
debugger. I tried to fix this.
 2.  Collapsing all of the windows in a paste up morph also collapses the
backgroundMorph. I made the nasty collapsing code leave my friend alone.
Note that this is contrary to the current implementation, it might not
really be a bug I'm fixing, but rather the way it is supposed to work.

For a demonstration, select an image file in a FileList, and choose 'open
image as background' from the menu. You will then be asked to select a
tiled, centered or stretched background style. Because of the
implementation, you may have both a tiled background with a smaller centered
image in the middle if desired.
