Yup:  See what (Smalltalk listLoadedModules) answers, it will report the 
versions and whether the plugin was loaded from internal or external 
code.  Note that plugins are loaded on demand, to actually have the 
StarSqueakPlugin occur in that list, run a StarSqueakMorph at least once.
