Cmd/Ctrl/Cmd-shift keys on windows (was Re: "File in" dialog box?)

Bijan,

Sometimes the native OS pre-empts certain keystrokes and Squeak never sees them. In the case of control-return, the same action is defined for cmd-return (alt-return in windozeLand). Does that work? What else doesn't work?
