That is a problem with the installer if it can only find one browser but
still tries to install both aliases (whioch should go into the plugin
folders and it is the original plugin file that should be in the
preference folder).

A workaround is to do a custon install and manually select only one
browser (I guess IE in your case).

We are working on a fix.
