"No Tipping" puzzle

Thanks for a cool pussle:-) 
I had a little problem with the Start over button: it 
uses fixed positions and you probably made this game in 
a lower screen resolution than I run (1024 at 768)
I changed it to use the Bar top instead and it resets the 
weights fine.
