(Steve Pope's ftp copy on the *create* site has since been removed).

This is the penultimate release of the standard (the last before official 
publication). I have checked this for compliance with the final published 
report when published report first came out. It is quite accurate, though it 
does include a number of comments (the *Rationale*s) which were deleted 
before final publication ( so it is *more* complete than the official report 
:-) ). The Rationale's were quite good, BTW, and arguably, might well have 
justified being included in the body of the standard itself.
