[BUG][FIX] Collapsing a morph

When a morph is uncollapsed, the former owner is not restored but it is
made a submorph of the world.

I would solve this by making the collapse halo handle only available for
top-level morphs, that is, if the owner is a PasteUpMorph. A changeset to
do this is attached.

Additionally, the former owner could be restored - if something is
collapsed from a playfield, the uncollapsing puts it into the world rather
than back into the playfield (which is not obvious because it appears at
the same position). Do we want to do this?
