By which you mean ?

Q1 - What is procmail ?
A - Some unix program to process e-mail
     based on some regex-like rules

Q2 - An OS that doesn't have procmail ?
 A - Anything that isn't Unix/Linux ?
	- Mac OS 9 or earlier
	- Windows Anything (3.1/95/ME/NT/2000/XP/etc
	- other more obscure OS's

Q3 - What is procmail ?
 A - A rhetorical question since it's not written in Smalltalk ?

Must be Friday ;-).
