Steve Swerling, on 30 August 2001, contributed "spsFocusPolicy" which
adds a preference offering the option of getting rid of focus-follow
mouse (in the preamble it states "... the location of the mouse does
not effect where the keyboard focus goes.")

I know that there was one bug reported by Simon Michael which Steve
said he had a fix for, though I don't recall seeing the fix yet.

A couple of people on the Squeak list have commented favorably on
Steve's fileout; I have not actually looked at it myself. Hopefully
someone from the Harvesters committee is checking this out even as we
speak.
