[BUG?]NT problems

Very nice! I did not know that..

...But you as user expect that if there pops-up a static window on the
bottom, the flaps move up higher (and become again borderline flaps of the
mainwindow/canvas OR that you can drag and open these flaps (in front of the
bottom window?)

You may get rid of the bottom part by pressing F2 (or clicking the system
menu of the Squeak window and then select "VM Preferences") and from the
Debug Options you can disable (uncheck) the "Show console on error" option.
