This is a great initiative!

One suggestion: From experience on this list, it seems like a good idea to
place this kind of material on the Swiki (Minnow). Because as Squeak
changes, parts will become outdated (sooner than you might think, I'm
afraid), and then the by far best solution is to allow anyone can fix these
things. If you are worried that people might ruing your work, then again the
experience from this list is that that doesn't seem to happen in practice.
Think of it as an open source manual!

And lastly, while user testing is always good and consistency etc. is very
valuable, I think Richard's tone was slightly on the harsh side. Don't let
yourself be put off by this!
