Experimental.

Raymond Assalin requested the RB work with international characters
(assuming ar's ChangeSet). This change set should do the trick, though
no guarantees.

Please note though - code with international characters will probably
not be compatible with regular RBs or for that matter, most Smalltalk
compilers. So this change will probably not become part of the
distribtution until ar ChangeSet is part of Squeak.

BTW, the change is pretty trivial, exactly as I now noticed ar suggested 
it would be."!
