A little improvement of VWXMLParser has been put on my site. Please try.

Basically, there are only minor changes.
- cs files were divided so that they may be easy to extend.
- file out was carried out in Squeak3.0.

BTW:
>From a SOAP developer's point of view, I think we will need more neutral
(and simple) XML API for Smalltalk.
If common protocols for XML processing are defined, we can swap many XML
parser implementations.
