This is a continuation of last year's Squeak Bug Fixing Party 2000... this one will be at Camp Smalltalk @ OOPSLA 2001 next week.

See the wiki page at http://wiki.cs.uiuc.edu/CampSmalltalk/Squeak+Bug+Fixing+Party+2001

This is simply a group of people working together on various bug fixes for Squeak. The fun part is that anyone with some (even slight) knowledge of Squeak or Smalltalk can join in, to kill a few hours at Camp Smalltalk. People can pair-program together, and learn new tips on developing in Squeak. Beginners and experts are both welcome.

I'll supply a big list of bugs from Bert Freudenberg's Squeak Bug Reports Archive, so there should be lots of big and small bugs to choose from. I should be there most of the time from Sunday through Tuesday to help coordinate things... hopefully it will be able to continue Wednesday and Thursday.

(Also, if people want to submit more [BUG] reports on Squeak to the list, now is a good time. :) )

p.s. By the way, it looks like there's still a need for more greeters at Camp Smalltalk-OOPSLA 2001. (see http://wiki.cs.uiuc.edu/CampSmalltalk/Camp+Smalltalk+%40+OOPSLA+2001 )
