Jim,

Filing in according to your instructions gives a syntax error
recompiling the archive viewer. Are there any prerequisites?

The next update to the Zurgle code series.

Over the last couple of weeks for some reason I became interested in
color,
and have tried to start applying a little bit here and there in the
window
activation/deactivation sequence. This means selectable colors for list
panes, highlighting and activate/passivate for windows. A little more
attention has been paid here and there for window activation.

One feature that I've added is a 'remember this window size' which makes
the
current window size the new default size for any other windows opened by
that tool. I will release this to the list after the next Squeak updates
that fix a small bug how models are handled comes out. No more "open
window,
resize window" on larger displays.

Also, my first attack of a preference dialog for screen properties
(windows,
menus, flaps, appeareance, etc ) is included. Screenshots are available
on
the web page.

This particular version is a little nasty in that it doesn't play in the
old
Squeak window world very nicely. Further down the line I'll start taming
this new version.
