where are the latest plugin sources?

Yes, I was! (That's nothing new!) Run the SqueakPlugin.image, file in
Jochen's chageset and the stuff on Jochen's Swiki runs locally just
fine.

Looks like the plugin has  become a very different animal from
"ordinary" Squeak.
