This is very nice if you receive or send messages in French, Danish,
German, etc...

I have tested this in my system and it works fine, but am looking for
evaluation by anyone else who uses accented characters, especially in
languages other than German.  Please send me the full contents of any
message that does not display correctly.

Note that accented header information displayed in the message list will
only only be displayed for new messages you receive after that change
set or if you close Celeste, delete the .index file and then regenerate
it.
