Reminder: Please compress all changesets posted to the list

Just reminding everyone that this is trivial to do - just use the "mail
out to list" feature of the changeset browser, it reminds you to use a
[FIX]/[ENH] header, and does the compression for you. 
</shameless plug>
Just pick up one of the numerous fixes posted that modify the To: field
to be set correctly. Or do that manually. Or search for the wrong
address string and fix it...

Please, Doug, put one of those mods on the next updates so people can
just use that.
This one by Ned is perfect, updates the address for the changeset
mailout and bug mailout.

While you're at it, there is also a fix to the new superflous headers
this mail server adds. This one works great, and is only one method, so
I'm willing to vouch for it -
