Could be that the sound player or a sound recorder was left running. You could
try hitting the interrupt key (alt-.) and closing the debugger that pops up.
(The interrupt key turns off the Squeak SoundPlayer process.)

P.S. I think the error message is coming from the VM or from Win NT, not
from Squeak code. At least, I wasn't able to find that string in the image.
