You can get the platforms file here, of course:
http://sumeru.stanford.edu/tim/pooters/SqFiles/deltas/
 The Mpeg3Plugin is in the Cross folder, but the Mpeg3Plugin class answers
true to #needsPlatformFiles, so I added the folder
platforms/unix/plugins/Mpeg3Plugin and it has generated code into src
(external plugin).  I haven't attempted to compile it.
