[BUG]? Scamper/HTML Character Mapping

On 3.2 gamma, 4811, I've noticed that Scamper does not map the entities
&uarr; and &larr; but leaves them verbatim. Is this easy to fix by twiddling
the String HtmlEntities table? I was testing a goddie to copy a code pane as
HTML and I thought I'd use Scamper to verify it and it all works apart from
those two characters.
